Job Description:

Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Account Managers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue through effective sales strategies and relationship-building efforts. This position operates on a commission-only basis, providing an opportunity for high earning potential based on performance. This would be a work from home position.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and target potential clients through various sales channels.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline.
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and product demonstrations.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure customer satisfaction and successful sales closures.
• Keep abreast of best practices and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in sales and achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Self-motivated with a strong drive for success.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to understand and present technical information effectively.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing market conditions.
• Own Laptop and Cellphone with access to internet is a must.
• Cybersecurity experience would be advantageous.

Compensation:

• This position is commission-based, with earnings directly tied to sales performance.
• High commission rates and opportunities for bonuses based on achieving sales targets.
