Consumer Protection Act Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008 (“CPA”), the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, 25 of 2002 (“ECTA”), and all other applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa.
1. GENERAL
